Refund & Cancellation policy

You can return any item ordered from within 14 days of receipt.

Products purchased online can only be returned for a Refund through the e-shop by applying the below steps. However, you may directly exchange the product (e.g. change in colour or size) or offset the price of your return item against another item at any Camel Active Retail Store (In Cyprus) along with the receipt of purchase. (In this case we cannot exchange the product for Credit Notes or Gift Cards)

Please follow the steps below to return via courier:

  1. Pack the goods to a suitable transportation package.
  2. Use the Printed Label we provided with your original order, which contains the return address and affix it to your package. If you have not received or misplaced the address label. You can print it using the “Print” button below.

Kindly note you are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us. Mail your item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. Please obtain shipping insurance as you are responsible for the items until we receive them.

We will re-credit the amount of your purchase to your credit card account immediately after the goods have been received and processed. You will not be reimbursed for shipping fees incurred when returning goods.

Please note that items must be returned in an appropriate selling condition – more or less the same as if you had tried them on in a store – and that items must still have the original tags on them. We reserve the right to refuse items returned in a condition that indicates usage or do not meet the above criteria.

If you would like to exchange an item, then you must complete a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, a direct exchange or offsetting the price of one item against another is not possible through the e-shop.

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. Returns can take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive back to us. We’ll send you and email or SMS as soon as we’ve completed your return.

We are sorry but strictly for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on the following item categories: underwear, socks, and swimwear.

Wrong delivery or defective item upon arrival
We strongly suggest you examine your order as soon as you receive it.

If by mistake you have received the wrong item, other than what you have ordered, or the item is defective upon arrival, please email us at: orders[@] for assistance.


We will cancel or modify your order if your request is made before the item has shipped from our warehouse or the order has been sent to one of our vendors.

Because many of our items ship the same day to ensure a timely shipment, it is necessary that you call us within a few hours of placing your order should you decide you’d like to cancel your order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop the processing. Should you wish to return a product after you have received it, you will have to follow the steps described above.

For all orders, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, shortly after the order is placed. Please print or save your order confirmation. The order confirmation will serve as your receipt and proof of purchase. does not include a receipt or packing slip with your order. If you have misplaced your order confirmation or require a duplicate receipt, simply contact us at +357 22508000. Duplicate receipts can be sent via e-mail or fax.
