RETURN POLICY AND PURCHASE INFORMATION

We would like you to be happy with every purchase made from Camel Active Stores. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product bought for an exchange or a refund in the form of a credit note within 30 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The exchange or return of products is assured, provided that the merchandise is in perfect condition and in its original packaging
• Products can be returned only if the relevant receipt or gift receipt is presented
• We do not offer cash refunds
• Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment
• Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory right in any way (e.g your right to return items which are faulty or are not as described)

EXCLUSIONS

• We cannot offer returns on the following items:
• For hygienic reasons underwear, swimwear and socks
• Slightly damaged products which have been bought at a special price
• Products bought through a discount outlet, an internet store or from another country
• Products that are of a previous seasonal collection which are no longer within the store

SPECIAL REGULATIONS

• Products returned using a gift receipt are exchanged at current selling prices
• Products returned cannot be exchanged with gift vouchers
• Credit notes cannot be used for purchasing gift vouchers
• Credit notes are nominally issued and exchanged on a nominal basis.
• Credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months
• We cannot accept any liability if a Credit Note or Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or damaged
