  Delivery or Pick-up

  We offer 3 different methods you can choose from to receive your order, simply choose the one that suits you best during your check out.

  Pick up from any Camel Active store see stores here
  Choose the Camel Active store you wish to pick-up your order, completely FREE.
  The Order processing time is between 4 to 48 hours after placing your order.
  When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an SMS or a phone call.

  Pick up from any ACS Courier Offices see offices here
  Select any ACS Courier pick-up offices in all cities. Your order will be ready for pick-up in approximately 2-5 working days, depending on the workload of the courier service.
  Pick-up is FREE for purchases over €40. Pick-up fees for purchases under €40 are subject to €2 charge.

  Home Delivery
  All Orders need some time to be prepared and some additional time to be delivered. All the orders will be processed based on incoming priority. Even though, the expected delivery time is estimated to be up to 2-5 working days; that might be increased or decreased depending on the workload. Delivery is FREE for within the Republic of Cyprus for orders above €40. Delivery fees for orders under €40 are subject to €4 charge. Orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday, will be processed the following Monday. National holidays are not considered working days. There are cases of remote areas where home delivery cannot be carried out, in this case you can choose the closest ACS pick up point.
